YYes! I can print custom orders! If you can provide us with the file, we can print! I can also create simple designs if you don't have the file to provide us with. Please contact us for a quote on a custom backdrop!

Yes! All my backdrops can be used as either the background backdrop or floor drop.

Most of my backdrops come in many sizes. However, they may not always be listed in the shop. To search for the size you are looking for, simply type the name of the backdrop (found in quotes at the end of the title description) to see the sizes listed. If you still can't find your size, contact me and I will set up a listing for you!

Yes, we do. Please send your customisation requests to email@domain.com, we will give you our quote. Thank you.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

We highly recommend storing your backdrops rolled in the shipping tube. To clean your backdrop, simply take a damp rag and wipe clean. You may also use a small amount of dish soap if necessary. If your backdrop happens to crease or wrinkle,simply roll back up nice and taut and stick into your shipping tube overnight. If this does not work, a blowdryer may also be used. Please take caution not to hold the dryer too close to the material.


Yes. We send out digital proofs and drafts for you to confirm before we send out your order. Proofs/Drafts will be sent to your email within 5 Business Day.

Absolutely! I welcome any design changes you require to ANY of our designs

YES I can! as long as your event date is no less than 5 business days away, I can accommodate your order ! If your deadline is 5 business days or less, I can STILL accommodate but you would have to purchase Upgraded Shipping Methods.
