I dispatch orders within 1 - 3 business day from when the order was placed, via DHL or Crono di Poste Italiane. Most of the time, deliveries within the Italy will arrive within 3 business day from dispatch. Internationally, we offer tracked post and priority tracked courier. Items ship from the Italy and general shipping times from dispatch are as follows:

        Please note delivery times can sometimes vary (particularly during the December holiday period and Summer Vacations), and we cannot take responsibility for minor delays caused by the postal service or courier. If delivery cannot be made, DHL and Crono will leave a calling card to arrange collection. Most couriers will make 3 attempts before returning the item to us, in which case redelivery can be arranged at additional cost to the buyer.

        If ordering outside of the Europe, all applicable local taxes, customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

        RETURN POLICY

         

        Each and every backdrop goes through 3 quality inspections before shipping to ensure your backdrop arrives flawless. Each backdrop is a custom printed order and as such are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. In the very rare event that a backdrop arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
        Any reports of damage after 14 days of tracking showing delivery will no longer be replaceable. 

        Please keep in mind, I will not offer returns/refunds, exchanges for the following:
        • DAMAGE
        - In case of damage during transport, using standard mail option without insurance, there is no refund or return.

        - In case of damage during transport, using the insured mail service, please send the photo of the damaged parcel by email and return the item. The costs of sending the return package are always charged to the customer.

        - Articles shall not be used or deteriorated.


        • WRONG SIZE PURCHASED.
        Please measure out the size you are purchasing to make sure it will work for your needs as we cannot offer an exchange for wrong sizes purchased. 

        • WRONG ITEM PURCHASED. 

        • NOT ABLE TO ACHIEVE GOOD RESULTS IN YOUR PHOTO.
        Please understand, I are not responsible for the results of a customer's photos and photography skills. For example, if a backdrop is printed white (visibly white in person) but you are achieving a tone other than white in your photo, please understand that the backdrop is not at fault. This is a result of lighting, camera settings, white balance, etc. and I cannot be held responsible for poor results. I can, however, assist with any questions and are more than happy to offer any tips to help you achieve the beautiful results our other customers achieve with their backdrops! :) 

        • COLOR VARIANCE. Please keep in mind that all monitors are calibrated differently. Every computer screen, mobile device, tablet, laptop, etc are set at different color and resolution settings. Because of this, colors shown on your screen may slightly vary from the actual print. I cannot offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges due to slight color variance. 

        • NOT LIKING A BACKDROP OR DESIGN RECEIVED. I cannot offer a return/exchange for simply not liking a design received. 

        • LIGHTING ISSUES WITH BACKDROPS.
        All Lovalù Backdrops are printed on matte vinyl material, however, some designs (specifically darker designs) may require lighting adjustments. Lovalù will not be held responsible for the inability to achieve correct lighting on a backdrop (aka light bounce/glare); all backdrops have gone through thorough extensive testing before hitting the shop to ensure results with good lighting are achievable.
        If you are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with studio lighting, I might recommend purchasing a small size to test it out or sticking to the lighter colored backdrops which don't require lighting adjustments. 

        • ITEM SHIPPED BACK TO US OR NOT DELIVERED DUE TO AN INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS.
        If an item is shipped back to our shop due to an insufficient address (or delivery refusal), I unfortunately cannot provide a refund. Instead, I will require a repayment of shipping costs to ship the item back out to you.
