Q: “Is it possible to make custom orders?”
Yes! I can also print to order! If you can provide us with the file, we can print! I can also create simple designs if you don't have the file to provide. Contact us for a quote for a custom backdrop!
Q: “Can wallpapers be used as floor decorations?”
Yes! All our backdrops can be used as both vertical and floor backdrops.
Q: “Are your backdrops available in different sizes?”
Most of my backdrops are available in various sizes. However, they may not always be in stock in the store. To find the size you need, simply type the backdrop name (in quotation marks at the end of the title description) to see the listed sizes. If you still can't find your size, contact me and I'll create a listing for you!
Q: “How can I hang the backdrop?”

INSTRUCTIONS
We strongly recommend storing backdrops rolled up in the shipping tube. To clean them, simply take a damp cloth and wipe them down. If necessary, you can also use a small amount of dish soap. If the backdrop becomes creased or wrinkled, simply roll it up tightly and keep it in the shipping tube overnight. If this doesn't work, you can also use a hair dryer. Be careful not to hold the hairdryer too close to the material.

Q: “How long does it take to receive the photo backdrops?”
Each backdrop is printed to order. Production takes approximately 1–2 business days, plus shipping.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and thresholds for free shipping vary by destination.
Q: "Can I return photo backdrops if I change my mind?"
Since this is a customized product, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we'll resolve it together.
